  • Interview

There are more women in law school than ever before, but leadership in the legal industry doesn’t reflect the rise. In this report from On The Road, host Kelsey Johnson talks to Carol Lynn Grow and Hsiaolei Miller about the importance of getting women into legal leadership roles. They discuss the different facets of the issue including holding large institutions accountable in regards to diversity and harassment charges, and focusing energy on teaching legaltech to elementary-age girls.

Since 2001, Carol Lynn Grow has overseen the marketing and channel partners for Law Toolbox.

Hsiaolei Miller is the vice president of business development for Breaking Media, the company that launched Above the Law.
