Deloitte Legal grows in the area of Legal Management Consulting. Kai Jacob will join as a new partner in the Stuttgart office.

Kai Jacob will start working as a partner at the firm’s Stuttgart office on 1 November 2019. Mr. Jacob changes from SAP SE. As Global Vice President Legal Technology & Innovation, he was responsible for contract management at SAP and together with his team supported the development of SAP’s Enterprise Contract Management and Assembly Solution in S4/HANA. In addition, Kai Jacob is the author of numerous articles on various topics related to the transformation of the legal market and a member of the board of the Liquid Legal Institute e.V.

“Deloitte Legal offers an almost unique national and international network in a multidisciplinary consulting environment and especially in technology implementation. These are excellent conditions for Kai Jacob’s transformation expertise, in particular in view of our interdisciplinary network of proven S4/HANA experts and our close cooperation with Deloitte Consulting,” explains Thomas Northoff, Managing Partner Deloitte Legal.

Dr. Peter Maser, Deloitte Legal Office Managing Partner in Stuttgart, adds: “We are pleased to have gained Kai Jacob as a proven expert for strategic and operational consulting of legal departments in the Rhine-Main-Neckar area as well as for transformation and implementation projects across Germany.
